• Represented a regional group in the acquisition of 100% of an insurance company active in Lebanon;

• Represented a Lebanese insurance company in the legal due diligence relating to its acquisition of 100% of an international insurance company’s business in the GCC and Lebanon;

• Represented a US based engineering company in its acquisition of 25% of the share capital of an engineering group active in the GCC and Lebanon;

• Advised investors in their acquisition of one of the oldest and most recognizable food processing companies in Lebanon, the products of which are distributed in more than 55 countries;

• Advised a bank in its acquisition of over 25% of a company active in the Financial Technology (FinTech) sector;

• Represented the founders of an African based beer production and distribution company in the disposal to a major European beverage company;

• Advised international investors in regards to their joint venture with a children’s theme park management company active in the GCC and Lebanon;

• Advised an advertisement production company active in the GCC and Lebanon in its joint venture in the MENA region with an internationally recognized and award winning European production company;

• Advised the management and shareholders of a Lebanese mineral water bottling company in its acquisition by a private bank;

• Advised the management and shareholders of a historic Lebanese hotel and yacht club in its acquisition by investors from the State of Kuwait; 

• Advised a U.S. based consulting company in its acquisition of 25% of the share capital of a Lebanese group of companies active in the MENA (Middle East North Africa) region.
