  • Represented the company tasked with the reconstruction of downtown Beirut after the civil war in various real estate litigations relating to expropriations and re-expropriations of properties

  • Represented owners and other stakeholders in the part of downtown Beirut that was destructed during the civil war in litigations with the master developer of downtown Beirut

  • Represented a historic Lebanese hotel in litigation against its executive general manager for mismanagement and breach of the duty of care and diligence

  • Advised a private commercial seaport in its disputes with the Lebanese State relating to the restriction of its right of use of the seaport, as well as to the excessive increase of dues relating to their privilege to use the maritime public domain

  • Represented a variety of companies in litigations brought against the Lebanese State as a result of breach of government contracts (e.g. telecommunication, sewage, urban planning)

  • Represented a water bottling company in its disputes with the Lebanese State in relation to the occupation of its premises
