Sample of our experience:
Advised a conglomerate in disputes with its labor union which resulted from the company’s restructuring;
Represented a services company which employs a large number of employees in its dispute with the National Social Security Fund in relation to the interpretation of the law and the levy of undue benefits;
Represented a large construction company in the unlawful termination of contract litigations brought against it by a number of its employees as a result of the termination of their employment which followed the company’s restructuring;
Represented a company which employs a large number of employees before the National Social Security Fund (“NSSF”) in regards to the latter’s interpretation of the law’s provisions regarding seasonal workers’ entitlement to NSSF benefits;
Drafted a number of large companies’ internal regulations and represented them before government authorities to procure all licenses and permits relating thereto.
