• Participated in the representation of numerous hotels and beach resorts in their claims against the Lebanese government resulting from the excessive increase of dues relating to their privilege to use the maritime public domain. The claims resulted in the annulment of the governmental decree that increased said dues

• Participated in the representation of the company tasked with the reconstruction of downtown Beirut after the civil war in various real estate litigations relating to expropriations and re-expropriations of properties

• Extensively represented two Lebanese commercial banks, in commercial and banking law litigation; as well as in enforcement and collection proceedings

• Extensively represented clients in disputes with real estate developers relating to the delivery of apartments

• Defended clients against bond calls; among which cases including stakeholders in different jurisdictions

• Advised clients in regards to the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards in Lebanon
