Participated in the representation of the company tasked with the reconstruction of downtown Beirut after the civil war in various real estate litigations relating to expropriations and re-expropriations of properties
Extensively represented two Lebanese commercial banks, in commercial and banking law litigation; as well as in enforcement and collection proceedings

Defended clients against bond calls; among which cases including stakeholders in different jurisdictions
