• Advised an investment fund in the legal due diligence relating to its acquisition of a regional film production company;

• Advised international investors in regards to their joint venture with a children’s theme park management company active in the Gulf Cooperation Council (“GCC”) and Lebanon;

• Advised an advertisement production company active in the GCC and Lebanon in its joint venture in the Middle East North Africa (“MENA”) region with an internationally recognized and award winning European production company;

• Represented the founders of an African based beer production and distribution company in the disposal to a major European beverage company;
