• Advised the beneficiary of a right to exploit a maritime public domain on the financing of the construction of a “floating island”, a non-fixed platform attached to the sea bottom, on which restaurants, cafes, a lounge and a beach resort were built;

• Advised a group of construction companies regarding the syndicated loan it obtained from a number of banks in relation to the group’s financing of telecommunication infrastructure construction contracts in a large part of the Lebanese territory;

• Advised a real estate development company in the multi-bank secured loan agreement it signed in order to finance the acquisition of properties for the development of a compound;

• Represented a sports clubs management company in asset financings targeted at covering its losses and raising its capital.
