• Represented a large number of exclusive distributors of foods, beverages and consumer products, pharmaceuticals, and other goods in the distribution of their products, the collection of their debts, and the enforcement of their exclusivity agreements;

• Advised as to all legal and regulatory matters impacting franchises, as well as drafted all agreements relating thereto, including franchise agreements and relating documentation;

• Represented investors in the sale of 169 real estate properties with the right to buy-back these properties, and again, in the exercise of the buy-back right over these properties;

• Represented a major construction company in the joint-venture agreement it entered into for the execution of telecommunication works in a large part of the Lebanese territory;

• Represented a historic hotel in all contracts relating to its renovation.
