Participated in the defense of a major Lebanese holding company active in the Middle East and the African continent in litigation in Lebanon with various banks relating to its syndicated loans
Participated in the representation of a Lebanese contracting company in litigation it brought against the Lebanese government as a result of the latter’s breach of infrastructure agreements (telecommunication and sewage)
Participated in the representation of numerous hotels and beach resorts in their claims against the Lebanese government resulting from the excessive increase of dues relating to their privilege to use the maritime public domain. The claims resulted in the annulment of the governmental decree that increased said dues
Extensively represented two Lebanese commercial banks, in commercial and banking law litigation; as well as in enforcement and collection proceedings
Extensively represented real estate developers in litigation with contractors, consultants and other stakeholders
Advised clients, particularly those active in the real estate sector, in relation with the tax implications of their activities
